🛒 Placing an Order

To place an order, simply choose your favorite pillow style, upload a clear photo of your pet, and complete checkout. All customizations are done by our talented design team to ensure a perfect portrait pillow for you!

⏳ Order Processing Time

We typically process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our pillows, we are unable to offer returns unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

🎨 Photo Guidelines

For best results, upload a high-quality photo of your pet—clear lighting, front-facing, and without major obstructions. Our artists use your photo as the base for your custom pillow design.

🔍 Track My Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor the status using the carrier’s tracking tool. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
